What’s working principle of permanent magnetic lifter ?
The working principle of permanent magnetic lifter is based on Faraday’s electromagnetic induction principle. That is to say, the magnetic line of force in the magnetic field is a closed curve and the superposition principle of magnetic induction intensity. The magnetic line of force is changed by turning the handle to make the lifter in working or closing state.
When the hand plate is under the working state, the lifting surface at the bottom of the magnetic lifter forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles, which is equivalent to a super magnet to firmly attract the iron material. There is a V-shaped groove on the bottom surface, so it can not only lift the plate-shaped steel material, but also the cylindrical steel material. When the handle plate is in the unloading state, and the magnetic line of force is less than the working polar surface of the permanent magnetic lifter, a closed magnetic circuit is formed inside. There is no magnetic force line coming out from the working polar surface of the permanent magnetic lifter, so there is no suction on the object, so the unloading can be operated smoothly.
